SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping is FREE.....period!

We pay all the shipping costs, whether you are shipping to your home, business, or sending the order as a gift to some other location - always and always, the shipping is on us!  There is only one exception - if you want a 'rush order' there will be a rush order charge.  (refer to "Rush Order" further down on this page.)

Shipping Methods:  UPS, FedEx or USPS may be used to ship your orders depending upon your location, the shipping costs in effect at the time, or any special request you may have.  The day your order is deposited with the carrier, you will be emailed with the tracking information.

Packing Methods:  Gourmet dog treats that are decorated with carob or yogurt coatings ("icings") may be shipped with a cold pack during warm weather months.  The undecorated/uncoated dog treat biscuits ship without cold packs all year 'round.

Rush Orders:  It is possible to request a rush order, but these orders have rush charges added to them.  It is best to phone us at 989-875-4702 or 989-533-9780 to discuss your rush order needs and then we can mutually decide the best way to ship your rush order.

Shipping Time Zones:  Depending on where you are located in proximity to the east-central Illinois location (closest to Champaign, IL) delivery time may be 1-7 days.   If you should want to go online to get an approximte shipping cost and, the 'from' shipping location zip code is 61910.  The UPS times are estimates only and are not guaranteed by UPS.

Please note that the day your order is deposited with the carrier is not counted as a shipping day.
